Homestake Peak School students in grades 6-8 are invited to participate in HPS Athletics. All athletes must have a completed physical examination form and completed registration before participating. 

Completed Physical Forms should be scanned and uploaded to the registration form below or turned into the main office.

Each sport is $50 to participate, however students who qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch have athletics fees waived.
